What our previous interns say
My internship with the PASE/C&M teams at Codema was one of the best working experiences I’ve had. From day one, I felt welcomed and truly part of the team and Codema’s commitment to work-life balance stood out. The role gave me valuable experience in communications, events, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking. Working on the Decarbonising Dublin Summit and workshops in Dún Laoghaire taught me the importance of tailored messaging and audience-focused communication. I also gained a deeper understanding of the energy sector and key climate policies in Ireland and the EU. It was a highly rewarding experience both professionally and personally, and I would strongly recommend applying for this position.
