About the Raytown Energy Dock
The Raytown Energy Dock helps the local Ringsend community to learn, take action and work together to create a more energy-efficient, sustainable and resilient neighbourhood.
It is supported through the REGEN project, which is co-funded by the European Union through the Horizon Europe programme.
Office hours: The office will be open to the public from 9:30am – 12:30pm every Thursday. Please note that the last day of this office for 2025 is Thursday, 18th December. The office will then re-open on Thursday, 8th January 2026.

Borrow a Home Energy Saving Kit for free
As part of the Raytown Energy Dock, you can sign up to borrow a FREE Home Energy Saving Kit from October onwards! The Home Energy Saving Kit contains five tools to help you check how energy efficient your home is and identify areas to improve.

Sarah joined the Codema team in March 2023 as our Public Engagement and Stakeholder Coordinator. Sarah holds a LL.B (Honours Degree) in Law and French from Trinity College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Sustainability in Enterprise from University College Cork. Prior to joining Codema, Sarah worked as a Travel Officer with Green-Schools An Taisce where she was involved in delivering environmental education workshops and promoting sustainable travel modes to schools across the Greater Dublin Area.

Executive Manager - Public and Stakeholder Engagement
Katie joined the team in July 2020 and is Codema’s Executive Manager in the area of Public and Stakeholder Engagement. Katie is responsible for leading all public engagement projects within Codema such as developing a comprehensive community engagement process to support the development of Decarbonising Zones. Katie is the lead on the Zero Together project, which has involved engaging a diverse group of stakeholders to collaborate on the best pathways to move Dublin towards net-zero. Katie holds a BSc in Marketing from DIT, a postgraduate diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and a MSc in Climate Change: Policy, Media and Society from DCU.

Energy and Climate Awareness Officer
Eimear joined as Codema's Energy and Climate Awareness Officer in August 2025. She holds a BSc in Geography and a MSc in Leadership for Sustainable Development, both from Queen's University, Belfast. Before joining Codema, Eimear previously worked as both a sustainability consultant and ESG consultant, where she focused on sustainability strategy development, reporting, training and workshop delivery and sustainability-related business clusters. She has demonstrated capability in building relationships and maintaining positive stakeholder relations, with a considerable amount of experience in representing previous employers at public events.
