Codema hosts 'The Lunch Loop: Croppies’ Acre Walk' as part of our Wellbeing Programme
On the 29th April, on Ibec’s National Workplace Wellbeing Day, we hosted ‘The Lunch Loop: Croppies’ Acre Walk’ – a 5k lunchtime walk to Croppies’ Acre Memorial Park.
Colleagues from across the organisation took part.
The activity was coordinated by Codema’s Wellbeing Lead, with support from the organisation’s Wellbeing Champions, who helped promote the walk and encourage participation across teams.
With this year’s theme of belonging, it was a nice way to bring people together and support the sense of connection across the team.
This walk is one of a number of initiatives within our wider wellbeing programme, The Climate of Calm, which focuses on supporting balance, resilience and a positive workplace culture.
