About this event

Make sure to save the date for the Delivering DeliveREE final conference, where we’ll showcase the final results of the DeliveREE project and what they mean for the future of building upgrades in Ireland.

Through DeliveREE, Codema has developed and tested a scalable approach to delivering energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades that reduces uncertainty and improves outcomes. What sets the model apart is straightforward: it includes a guarantee of energy performance, emission reductions and cost savings within the lifetime of the contract.

In other words, it’s designed to ensure that upgrades deliver what they promise – making retrofitting less complex for building managers, rewarding contractors for strong performance and supporting important energy and emission reduction targets.

Who should attend this event and why

This event is a must-attend for public sector bodies, commercial building owners, contractors, energy consultants and anyone involved in planning or delivering energy upgrades.

We’ll share the key findings from the project, with practical lessons learned from local authorities in Ireland who are using the DeliveREE model to decarbonise high energy use buildings in order to meet their 2030 climate targets.  This event will outline how the DeliveREE model can be replicated by organisations across Ireland and how it can act as a decarbonisation pathway to achieving guaranteed energy and carbon savings.

You’ll hear how DeliveREE supports a clearer, more cost-effective pathway from early decision-making through to delivery – with guidance through each step of the process, operation and maintenance built into the contract, and energy and emission savings actively monitored over the lifetime of the agreement. You’ll hear first-hand experience from both clients and contractors on the opportunities, risks and challenges that come with decarbonisation of building heating and electrical systems, and how this can be implemented on live buildings in a way that minimises disruption.

The conference will also explore how this approach can speed up delivery timelines and help reduce the risks that often slow projects down or undermine results. We’ll explain how the structure of the DeliveREE model ensures that risk is allocated to the stakeholders most suited and capable of managing this risk and that this structure underpins the decarbonisation partnership between the client and the contractor.

Registration opening soon

Registration will open later this month but until then, please mark your calendar for Thursday, 9th April and we’ll see you there!
