Find out more about the new resources published for retrofitting apartment buildings
In December 2025, Codema’s Energy Engineer Adam Doyle joined the Housing Agency hosted webinar that showcased the new EU-supported training resources to support the retrofitting and energy upgrading of apartment buildings. The event attracted an audience including directors of owners’ management companies (OMCs), home-owners, retrofitting providers and property management agents.
Resources include practical guidance from the SEAI on its role: administration of the Community Energy Grants Scheme; explaining the impact of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD); and support on construction technical aspects.
