Recognition for our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) measures

The Business & Finance Awards were established in 1974, recognising and celebrating the achievements of some of the most influential leaders and organisations across business, politics, and society.

We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) category of the Business & Finance Awards 2025, alongside companies such as Tesco Ireland, An Post, Workday, AIB, Copper Coast Renewables and more.

While our team is small, our impact on the planet is no less relevant than any large corporation, and ESG is one of the most important journeys any organisation should take – to meet climate targets, improve staff wellbeing and reach shareholder objectives.

We have established Codema’s baseline emissions inventory – the initial yearly emissions quantity that will be used as a reference point for our targets going forward and have set a target of reaching net-zero by the year 2040.
