Codema awarded Healthy Workplace Programme Certification

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Healthy Workplace Programme Certification by Healthy Ireland and the Department of Health, in recognition of our successful completion of the Healthy Workplace Programme and our continued commitment to advancing workplace health and wellbeing.

From left to right, pictured in the image are Codema's Claire Donoghue, Minister of State for Health Jennifer Murnane O'Connor and Codema's Edel Giltenane. They are holding the certificate that Codema has been awarded.

The certificate was presented at the Healthy Workplaces Programme Celebration Event, a celebratory and inspiring occasion that brought together organisations from a range of sectors to recognise the progress made under the Healthy Workplaces Framework.

Attending the event were Codema’s Wellbeing Lead Claire Donoghue and Edel Giltenane HR and Admin Executive Manager, who were congratulated on the day by Jennifer Murnane O’Connor, Minister of State at the Department of Health.

Over the past year, Codema has used Healthy Ireland’s Framework to further develop our workplace wellbeing programme through practical actions, ongoing evaluation and staff feedback, all aligned with our organisational strategy. As the programme continues to evolve, we remain focused on building on strong foundations and continuously strengthening our approach to workplace wellbeing.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Healthy Ireland, the Department of Health and Real Nation for their support and guidance throughout the programme.

In particular, a massive well done to our colleague Claire for leading this intiative so well!
