Raytown Energy Dock now officially open

A free, new local service for the Ringsend community!

We are delighted to announce that the Raytown Energy Dock is now officially open!

The Raytown Energy Dock is a new community-facing office in Ringsend that helps residents learn, take action and work together to create a more energy-efficient, sustainable and resilient neighbourhood.

Located on the first floor of the Ringsend and Irishtown Community Centre, the Raytown Energy Dock is open to the every Thursday from 9:30am–12:30pm from 16 October through to Christmas.

Walk-ins are welcome and community members can also book an appointment for our energy clinic.

Come in curious, leave with confidence

At the Raytown Energy Dock, local residents can get clear, practical advice on:

  • Understanding and reducing your energy bills

  • Low or no-cost actions to take at home

  • Available grants and how to plan energy upgrades through talks and workshops

Talks and workshops covering these themes will be organised between now and the end of the year, so please register your interest if you are interested in attending these events.

Borrow a Home Energy Saving Kit for free

As part of the Raytown Energy Dock services, households can borrow a free Home Energy Saving Kit to check how efficient their homes are and identify improvements. Simply email raytownenergydock@codema.ie for further details.
