Meet our experienced team working to fund and coordinate the projects that help to make Dublin a better place to live and work.

The Project Management team at Codema.

About this team

Our Project Management and Development team specialises in the development, management, and reporting of EU and nationally funded projects. With a range of experience, the team leads and participates in projects from numerous funding streams, covering a variety of energy and climate-related topics. Our Project Management and Development team covers areas such as funding programmes and mapping calls for proposals, project idea development, application writing, along with coordinating and participating in EU and nationally-funded projects. Every project we are involved in aligns with our overall strategy, enabling us to conduct research, develop low-carbon solutions, provide advice on emerging climate policy and ensure value for money for the four Dublin local authorities.
