Codema is the regional co-ordinator for the Sustainable Energy Community (SEC) network in the Dublin / Mid-East Region. This region is made up of over 100 Sustainable Energy Communities in Dublin City, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, Fingal, South Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare and Meath.
The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland is the national co-ordinator for the SEC programme, which currently consists of over 400 communities around Ireland who are interested in community energy. Each SEC in the Dublin / Mid-East Region is provided with a coordinated mentor to guide them through the 3-step process of 'Learn-Plan-Do’. This planned approach will help the SECs to be energy-efficient, use renewable energy and consider smart energy solutions.
You can find more information on our Dublin Mid-East Region SEC hub.
