Codema runs energy awareness programmes aimed at encouraging employees to become more energy-conscious through educational workshops, events, and training.

Codema is involved in advising on and formulating sustainable energy policies to improve Dublin’s energy efficiency. We help develop climate change strategies and action plans for energy.

Our energy engineers are responsible for surveying and monitoring the energy used in public buildings. We give advice on improvements to make buildings more energy-efficient.

We have an excellent track record of attracting European projects to Dublin and drafting successful funding applications. Codema has secured almost €3 million worth of funding for energy projects.

Codema manages and co-ordinates projects on behalf of the Dublin Local Authorities. We carefully create a project charter, develop a project marketing plan and communicate to all stakeholders.

Codema offers facilitation services for the initiation and delivery of Energy Performance Contracting (EPC). This involves the initial assessment of public buildings to evaluate suitability for EPC.
