Malmo, Western harbour project - City of tomorrow Bo01
CODEMA was a contractual partner in an innovative housing project with the city of Malmö, Sweden. The formerly derelict Western Harbour was reclaimed as a new city district which was planned as an 'ecologically sustainable information and welfare society'. Over 800 new houses and apartments have been built under a quality programme which aims to create a city district that conforms to a very high standard. The programme dealt with areas such as the environment, information technology, design, technical supplies and social services.
